- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you need to cancel an appointment please allow us 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will incur.
- For appointments over 1 hour, we require credit card details, voucher number or 50% cash deposit to secure your appointment. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to our clients.
- Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out consultation sheets.
- Parking in the shopping centre is at owner’s risk.
- We cannot accept responsibility of loss of property.
- Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
- For tinting it is compulsory to have a patch test 24 hours before treatment.
- Gratuities are at client’s discretion.
- We will try and accommodate any client who is running late for an appointment. If that is not possible we are always happy to re-schedule at a time more convenient to you.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Due to the nature of our business, we regret we cannot allow children to be in the treatment room at any time and we also regret we are unable to supervise.
- It is recommended that clients book their next appointment with their therapist before leaving the salon to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
- You will receive a confirmation call from Body Connection the evening prior yo your appointment to confirm your appointment.
